I am going to explain why solutions are important and what that means for you.

I am obsessed with delivering solutions, problem solving and data. That's what stimulates me...


Where did this stem from, the military and operating in an intelligence environment.

My bread and butter were to deliver solutions against tight deadlines, untangle a problem and provide an option supported by data.



Why do I say this, what's the so what? 🤔 



Starapex Recruitment which I incorporated this year delivers the same service. Values and standards are the same, solutions are the priority.



Current clients' problems I have faced and delivered a solution, perhaps you may be in the same circumstance...

"Time to hire is taking too long. I post an ad and have people applying who are nowhere near qualified and spend most of my time going through CVs and the CVs are poor quality"
